From the Long Island Expressway (I-495):

  1. Take Exit 57 (NY-454 East / Veterans Memorial Highway).

  2. Continue east and follow signs toward Smithtown.

  3. Turn onto Southern Boulevard.

  4. Continue to 61 Southern Blvd. The office is located in the professional complex on Southern Boulevard.

From the Northern State Parkway:

  1. Take the exit for NY-347 toward Smithtown.

  2. Follow NY-347 eastbound.

  3. Turn onto Southern Boulevard.

  4. Continue to 61 Southern Blvd.
